Brazilian Jiu Jitsu Classes
“The Gentle Art”
BJJ is one of the best martial arts for self-defense in the world and a required skill for most serious UFC fighters. That’s because most real-world fights take place on the ground, and BJJ equalizes the playing field: even a smaller, weaker person can gain dominance over a larger, stronger opponent with the right tactics.
Students will learn how to leverage their body weight to maintain control and the grabs, locks, and chokes needed to neutralize their opponent.
- GI AND NO-GI CLASSES AVAILABLE
- CLASSES ARE DIVIDED BY AGE (4-8 YEAR OLDS AND 9-13 YEAR OLDS)
- ALL CLASSES INCLUDE TIME FOR A WARMUP, 3-4 TECHNIQUES, AND SPARRING.

Muay Thai Classes
“The Art of Eight Limbs.”
Muay Thai or “Thai boxing” is a combat sport and martial art that’s full contact. Students will learn to use their fists, elbows, knees, and shins to take down their opponent along with timing and strategy tactics. There is a heavy focus on conditioning to build up athletic endurance, speed, and resilience.
- CLASSES ARE DIVIDED BY AGE (4-8 YEAR OLDS AND 9-13 YEAR OLDS).
